Valencia is the great unknown and one of the hidden pearls of Spain. It has a very large variety of city views, due to the many cultures that have been living here. The contrast between the old and the new Valencia is striking. On the one hand the old centre with its many gothic buildings and beautiful, in baroque-style decorated churches; on the other hand the many fusion restaurants and the futuristic museums, with the imposing ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’ as its highlight.
The ‘Costa del Azahar’ is also an area with great contrasts. Along the coast the orange plantations dominate, but inland it is very mountainous. Areas full with history and monuments are in places still looking exactly as they did centuries ago.
In the direct vicinity of the villa you can find several beaches, golf courses and various bicycle and walking routes.
