The rental prices are per week and for a maximum of 8 persons, including the use of electricity, gas, water, bed linen, bath towels and all facilities. An end-of-stay cleaning is included.
A week is from Saturday 16.00 (4 p.m.) to Saturday 10.00 (10 a.m.)
It is important to note that pets are not allowed and that the house is strictly non-smoking.
Should you decide to spend a holiday in this villa, we offer you the following upon arrival:
- Appointment at the nearby ‘Hotel Duomo’, from which you will be guided to the villa.
- Possibility to have a starting package waiting for you, with shopping items you have ordered beforehand.
- Extensive information concerning cultural, sporting and relaxing possibilities in the vicinity.
